Sophia（"本应用"）是一款哲学语录阅读与思考工具，由其开发者（"我们"）提供。我们高度重视你的隐私。本政策说明本应用如何处理信息。本应用没有账号系统，不要求注册或登录，不投放广告，不接入任何第三方分析或追踪 SDK，也不会出售你的任何信息。
你的思想记录、收藏、阅读设置仅保存在你的设备本地，并（在你登录 iCloud 时）通过 Apple iCloud 在你自己的设备间同步。这些数据存放在你的私有 iCloud 容器中，我们无法访问、读取或收集。卸载应用即会删除本机数据。
当你主动使用 AI 功能（苏格拉底式追问、思想大爆炸、当代语境解读）时，为生成回复，本应用会将以下内容发送至我们的转发服务（部署于阿里云函数计算，香港地域），并由其转发给 AI 服务提供方阿里云灵积 / 通义千问（DashScope）：
identifierForVendor）。该标识符不包含你的姓名、邮箱等个人身份信息，仅用于限流与防滥用（控制调用频次、防止接口被盗用）。卸载应用后该标识符会重置。上述文本仅用于"即时生成本次回复"。转发服务仅短期保留设备标识符与调用计数（用于限流与成本控制）。AI 服务提供方对输入/输出的处理与保留，适用其自身的隐私与服务条款（阿里云灵积 / 通义千问）。我们不会将这些内容用于广告或对外出售。若你不使用 AI 功能，则不会发生任何此类数据传输。
本应用仅在你明确发起某项操作时才请求并使用相应权限，数据始终保留在你的设备 / iCloud：
我们不会读取你已有的日历、提醒或照片内容。
Sophia Pro 的订阅与买断通过 Apple App 内购买完成。支付由 Apple 处理，我们不会收到你的支付方式或银行卡信息。购买与恢复状态由 Apple 提供给本应用以解锁功能。
本应用面向一般受众（年龄分级 4+），并非专门面向儿童设计，也不会有意收集儿童的个人信息。
与转发服务的所有通信均通过 HTTPS 加密传输。我们采用合理的技术措施保护数据，但任何通过互联网的传输都无法保证绝对安全。
你可以随时在应用内删除你的思想记录与收藏；卸载应用会清除本机数据。如需进一步协助，请通过下方邮箱联系我们。

Sophia (the "App") is a reader and reflection tool for philosophical sayings, provided by its developer ("we", "us"). We take your privacy seriously. This policy explains how the App handles information. The App has no account system, requires no sign-up or login, shows no ads, integrates no third-party analytics or tracking SDKs, and never sells any of your information.
Your notes, favorites, and reading preferences are stored only on your device and (when you are signed in to iCloud) synced across your own devices via Apple iCloud. This data lives in your private iCloud container and we cannot access, read, or collect it. Uninstalling the App removes the on-device data.
When you actively use the AI features (Socratic inquiry, Thought Big Bang, modern-context readings), the App sends the following to our relay service (hosted on Alibaba Cloud Function Compute, Hong Kong region), which forwards it to the AI provider Alibaba Cloud DashScope / Tongyi Qianwen (Qwen), in order to generate a response:

It contains no name, email, or other personal identity; it is used solely for rate-limiting and abuse prevention, and it resets when the App is uninstalled.The text is used only to generate that single response. The relay retains only the device identifier and request counts short-term (for rate-limiting and cost control). The AI provider's processing and retention of inputs/outputs are governed by its own privacy terms (Alibaba Cloud DashScope / Qwen). We do not use this content for advertising or sell it. If you do not use the AI features, no such data transmission occurs.
The App requests and uses a permission only when you explicitly initiate the corresponding action; the data always stays on your device / iCloud:
We do not read your existing calendars, reminders, or photos.
Sophia Pro subscriptions and the lifetime purchase are made via Apple In-App Purchase. Payment is handled by Apple; we do not receive your payment method or card details. Apple provides purchase and restore status to the App to unlock features.
The App is intended for a general audience (rated 4+). It is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
All communication with the relay service is encrypted in transit via HTTPS. We use reasonable technical measures to protect data, but no transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be absolutely secure.
You may delete your notes and favorites within the App at any time; uninstalling the App clears on-device data. For further assistance, contact us at the email below.
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective date" at the top. We will note material changes within the App or on this page.
